Students who receive Chapter 31, Veteran Readiness 和 就业 (VR&E),或Chapter
33, Post 9/11 GI Bill®, 好处 may be eligible for deferred tuition 和 fees. To qualify under Chapter
31, we must have an unexpired authorization form on file. For Chapter 33, the student
must complete the VA 教育 Benefits Request Form 和 submit it to the Financial
Aid Office, along with a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility or a Statement of
Benefits from the eBenefits website. Under Chapter 33, tuition will be deferred based
on the student’s percentage of eligibility. 学费 和 fees not covered by the VA
are the responsibility of the student. Madonna University will not assess deferred
billing 和/or late fees to a student who is unable to meet the financial deadline
due to a delayed Chapter 31 or Chapter 33 payment from the VA.

Military 学费 Assistance (TA) is awarded to a student with the underst和ing 和
expectation that the student will attend the University for the entire period for
which the assistance is awarded. When a student stops attending classes 和 alters
the course load, the student may no longer be eligible for the full 量 of TA funds
originally awarded. If a student receiving TA stops attending a course before 60%
of the completion period, the University is required to determine how much of the
TA was earned up to the time of withdrawal. If the TA is adjusted, the student may
owe funds to the University. In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy,
Madonna University will return any unearned TA funds to the DoD per the following:
- Course dropped during the 100% refund period: 0% tuition billed to TA
- Course coded as Non-attendance (Did not attend): 0% tuition billed to TA;100% tuition

to institutional drop/withdrawal policy
- Course completion 21-39%: 25% tuition billed to TA; 75% tuition 收费给学生

Madonna University will participate in the 黄丝带 Program for the 2024-25 academic year. Effective August 1, 2024, the tuition cap at private
schools is $28,937.09 per academic year. If you exceed this 量, Madonna University
will cover 50% of your unpaid tuition 和 fee charges, 和 the VA will match the same
量.
According to VA regulation, you must receive the Post 9/11 GI Bill® at the 100% eligibility
rate to qualify for the 黄丝带 Program. Also, you must be eligible for the
Post 9/11 GI Bill® at the time 黄丝带 funds are requested.
